How Do I order?

Most of our products can be ordered online, or you can call us to order.

Custom made items such as Branded Saddleblankets should be ordered by phone so we can discuss your needs and the price and ship time.

 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we are happy to ship to international customers. To order, please EMAIL or call us at 505-988-4893. We'll need your name, address, credit card number, the verification number from the back of the card, email address, and phone number as well as a list of items you wish to purchase. We'll email you the total including shipping for your approval before charging your card.

 

How Fast Do Orders Ship?

Depends on the item. Most items ordered online ship within a week. Please call to order if you need an item in a hurry so that we can ensure you recieve it on time.

Custom made Saddleblankets are made for you after you order and the ship time depends on volume of work we have ahead of you. We'll let you know how long it will take when you order.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover

 

How will you ship my order?

We use UPS. Ground, Three Day Select, Second Day Air, and Next Day Air are available. Shipping charges include a small handling fee to cover packaging costs.

 

Do You Accept Returns?

We accept returns of regular priced, non-custom items for refund or exchange within 14 days of recieving them if they are returned in the same condition you recieved them, including all tags and packaging. Items that have been used will not be accepted unless the item is defective, in which case we will exchange the item. Please call us to arrange the return.

Custom-Made items such as our Branded Saddleblankets, Beaded Tack, and Colorado Horsehair Custom-Ordered belts cannot be returned unless defective, in which case we wil exchange for the same item.

There is a 15% restocking fee on all refunds. There is no restock fee on exchanges. Shipping and handling is not refundable.

All sales are final on sale and clearance items.
